About the Author

Zane Grey (1872–1939) was an American author and dentist best known for his popular adventure novels about the American West. Riders of the Purple Sage (1912) is widely considered the most popular Western novel ever written and helped define the genre. Grey wrote 90 books, selling over 40 million copies.
