Sherman Alexie

Sherman Alexie is a Spokane/Coeur d'Alene author, poet, and filmmaker who grew up on the Spokane Indian Reservation. He is the author of The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian, which won the National Book Award for Young People's Literature. You Don't Have to Say You Love Me is his memoir.
