Ernest Callenbach

Ernest Callenbach (1929–2012) was an American author and editor best known for Ecotopia, his 1975 novel about a fictional sustainable nation carved out of the Pacific Northwest. The book became a cult classic of the environmental movement and influenced generations of environmentalists and activists.
